The starting of a girls high school was necessitated by the good response, we got from the parents and pupils at the primary level. A high school for girls was started in the 1990-91 with a strength of 13 girls only. The strength is growing every year. At present the strength is around 400. Eight batches took the X standard examination, of which 5 batces gave 100% results. In 1999-2000, 104 pupils appeared. All of them were successful in the examination with 2 students getting distinction, 79 getting I class and rest II class.
By the grace of Allah, the excellent result at the SSLC examination has held our heads high in esteem. VIPS with an Islamic outlook have always appreciated the functioning of our Institutions, particularly the wearing of the “hejab” by lady teachers and girl students with an Islamic type of attire in all the classes from nursery to high school. Very attractive and fabulous awards are given to the outstanding students after the results of SSLC public examination. This is to encourage and appreciate the excellence among the students. A high standard in education, hard work of the members of the staff and excellent result at the SSLC Public Examination cause the heavy rush of the girls for admission. The secretary of Jame-ul-uloom has given the slogan ‘SUSTAINED EFFORTS’ to the Members of the staff. They continue to March ahead in the academic achievement and they do not look back.
